Ray, could I suggest that when you adjust a picture, you leave the original so we can all see it. I only have the second shot here so can't compare it to what you had before. Just save the shot with A or B at the end of its title so you know which one came first etc.
Looking at the 2nd one on its own, it looks decent enough to me. Not hugely attractive in that it doesn't hold my attention very long. The road going through the middle would look better if it was snaking its way diagonally as this would add to its impact.
Interesting landscape effort, keep it up
