Definately paypal, tried to buy a used d200 off ebay and everytime I tried to pay fot the message sending limits ( paypals word for spending limit) sent seller An email and tried to again at the start of the new month today. My paypal account shows all transactions to paypal paid, still unable to pay seller
. Have now had to tell seller That I`m unable to pay. So stuff paypal I`ve cancelled my account
Edit: just read your post steve, ah well too late now. Will just have to open a new account. Although I do feel that paypal should have alerted me, and not leave it for me to find out when I had tried to pay the seller. Feel let down by paypal.
