You can have a 30-day trial of Bibble Pro, but unfortunately that won't help with perspective correction without the Percy plugin which costs (not very much).

Bibble Plug-ins from Sean M Puckett - Nexi for Sean's plugins. Some of these have free versions, but not all.
Although Bibble can be used with JPGs, it is really intended as a RAW processor/converter.
