if you tested just b4 posting you should know this is a busy time for ADSL. Try checking again after 9pm...

If speeds are still crappy outside of busy hours and you've tried a few speed tests then you may well have a problem

I'd recommend building up a wee catalog of speed test taken at various times & days results b4 complaining otherwise they'll just pawn u off with some canned rubbish about variable speeds and the internet...
