You have to ask how dumb the parent(s) are. First they leave a tin of white paint somewhere so that their children can get at it, then they must have left it open too. I can't imagine for a minute that either of those two children actually managed to open that tin with their 'Fisher Price' screwdriver
It would make a great insurance claim though
