I went to photograph Adders today but they were being very coy. Once spotted they turned tail and headed off to cover. Although I am sure they probably came straight out again giggling, laughing and sticking their fingers (if they had fingers of course) up as soon as our backs were turned.
Instead the Spring Flowers proved a useful alternative. Wood Anemones, primroses, violets were all in abundance. A shower of rain left the petals with a few water droplets, the sun filtered through the branches and I got wet elbows...
