I quite like this. I guess that the "waterfall" was just a small rock but the view point you chose is very good.
I think that the sky looks OK. If you had not said anything I would have accepted it. I have seen (and created ) much worse new skies.
Initially I thought that I agreed with C. that the foreground rocks should have been in focus. but the more I look at the picture the less "wrong" they seem. Perhaps a crop might help a bit

Finally I wish you had removed that stick on the right hand side and cloned the dead flower stalks in the top right.
