I have a Lowepro minitrecker AW that would hold what you want. Very customisable inside with Velcro fittings. Internet prices are about £65 - 85. They have been offered recently as a bonus for subscribing to magazines. You may want to have a look around.
If you are not going to take it out there is a cheaper version that does not have the all weather gear on it.
