When I 'save for web' I usually open up the file and give it a little boost in Saturation as the colours always seem muted compared to the full Tiff.I definately overdone this one though
.Here is another version,with a crop on the sky as suggested but not quite as tight as I like the white 'fan' behind the darker clouds.See what you think:
