Recommend a good rain cover?

I am looking for a rain cover for my D300. I've seen some around but it's so hard to tell how a) well they would fit the D300, b) much they would obscure controls, vf, flash, etc so I'm really open to suggestions as to what people here are using and how they find them.

Ideally what I would like is a rain cover that perhaps has a glass, or cut out area for where my eye would go up against the vf. I really don't fancy trying to peer through a plastic sheet in front of my vf (unless someone can convince me it really doesn't impact the photo taking)

I'd also like to have the ability to still have a flash attached (SB600), although I'm not sure that's going to be possible from the ones I've seen.

The largest lens I own at present is the Nikkor 70-300mm.

Any suggestions?
