What I was
trying to say was that I couldn't/wouldn't have set the Auto ISO at such a high level with other bodies.
Jack, no qualms at all about using the D300 alongside it's bigger brother, both are great cameras and complement each other well. I had the 17-55mm on the D300 and the 70-200mm on the D3 which gave me all the coverage I wanted.
