Basically the standard HMC Pro-1 UV has been around for many years and is very good. The DMC version is a more recent addition and is supposed to have coatings that are optimised for digital camera sensors.
Either will be OK, but it is possible that the DMC one will be slightly better for digital. Or it could be a load of marketing hype, depending on whether you're as cynical as me.
