Sandygates - you had inserted the thumbnail code into your post. I have replaced it with the BB code - the lower box under the picture in your gallery.
However, your image can be much bigger. Take a look at the guide that Roger posted the link to. It is aimed at Photoshop users, but the principals can be applied to most software.
