Does anybody have and know how to use Noise Ninja or the likes?

I was taking some pictures at my daughters graduation day (for want of a better expression) with the ISO wound out to 6400.
I had no choice as the venue was in a school sports hall with no lighting except for stage spots and the stage itself was some 75ft away.
A parent of one of my daughters friends asked if I would capture her childs big moment and, like an idiot, I agreed.

Anyhoo, the short end of it is:

Could I e-mail a large jpeg to someone and have them run it through a good noiseware package?
The Nikon in camera noise reduction and NX are obliterating any detail I had in the first place.

Thanks in advance!
