Thanks for the quick advice and offers of help all.
When I get home from work I will mail a file to those who want to take up the challenge.
Perhaps if someone does have a go they can post a before and after?

The reason I used ISO 6400 was,
I do not yet have an image stabilised lens.
I was using the kit lens at 70mm as people look a bit small from 70+ feet away.
This limited me to a max aperture of f5.6.
I could not hand hold much below 1/40th of a second.

I used the auto ISO function with the above parameters.
