I use Firefox and add blocker plug in for the web. Seems to work well

Mailwasher for email spam - Great program

Symantic for anti virus and firewall - I like these and they supply the company I work for, so I am happy with them.

Running Windows XP but thinking (not very hard) about trying Vista

I should have added I also run Adwatch in active mode and then Spyware blaster and Spyware Terminator but only in scan mode.

And just in case you are wondering I am not paranoid.
