#4 + #5 Great composition.
#6 is spectacular - the composition, viewpoint, detail, colours, exposure, DoF etc. Only thing I would say is it'd be even better if you could bring more detail out in the sky, maybe a bit of dodging + burning.
#7 is a bit too high contrast for my taste, and your later attempt to lighten the shadows didn't really improve the image IMO. Definitely an HDR candidate (but properly, using bracketed exposures, not a single image). That's my take on it anyway
