Congrats on new kit VP. Sorry about the missed ops.
I had nothing but praise for my insurers (Nat West) when my 300D was nicked. Jessops vouchers to the value arrived in 3 days. new for old. Jessops deducted excess at the shop. (still cost me more decause I went for 30D not 350D)
Not all insurers are on the take.
