brian-iow that old macro shot is fantastic. and i'm serious. it's amazing that there was a time when people where using 2 megapixel cameras for photography, and i mean serious photography

. spider is good, just composition too narrow. you are getting close to that point in macro photography when you are good at finding subjects and sharpness on them and you really start thinking about that arthistic site of your photo. to that point when technique is there and you have time to think about what you are really doing. and you'll see - you are going to like it even more
