Another lover here! :lol: The sky definitely needs making black or at least a much darker colour. Steve's graduated idea is good. The way you'd normally do this is just click in the blank sky area with the magic wand which would apply a mask expanded to the edges of that blank sky, setting the tolerance levels of the tool till it was just right. Unfortunately in this case, that's not going to work as the sky will run into the chrome areas around the windscreen, the top of the neighbouring car, and other areas where you dont want the sky to run into the rest of the picture.
You need to draw a freehand mask bounding the area which you want to be black (or whatever colour) leaving the areas you want to remain white. It's not as difficult as you may think - and then use the fill tool with your selected colour. It's certainly worth persevering with- well done Ken. 8)
