yes it almost the same but Color Efex Pro 3.0 is a little more easier to use, BETTER Presets, and it has Control Points wich is excellent.

Download the free trial, it has 52 filters and 250 effects plus the ones you make, so it could end up being a lot more.
I also have Tiffen DFX v1.0 and I like that it has a layering system so you can use various filters, if you have Tiffen stick with that one.
I just like the presets on NIK better.
