Re: Fuji S1 Pro,any good.

Going back many years we used S1 Pro's in the wedding business, at the time they were good comparred to what else was available on the market.

As soon as Canon released their 10D (yes it's really that long ago) we sold the S1's and switched due to the Canon being superior in every way. Now while the 10D was a great camera for its time, just about every later model form Nikon and Canon got better and I would strongly suggest that if you need a backup camera body look for a later model Nikon. Something like a D70 would probably suit you budget wise while producing results far better than the Fuji ever could.
