I have a Macbook Pro (Santa Rosa model which is the sort you are referring to). I absolutely love it. I use it mainly for photography work but I do run parallels which allows me to run MS Windows Vista (or just Windows apps within the Mac OS environment when using Coherence mode) for those programs which haven't yet made it to MacOS.

Great laptop.
