minimum safe speed - if you can go quicker you should do to be really safe. It's also true that with practice you can often go a little slower. Bod's disappointing day is more to do with crap technique (sorry mate :lol
than the lack of factoring in what is at best a marginal factor in the overall scheme of things, and I'd argue is negligable anyway, once he's developed a decent technique with his new lens.
