here you go

First upload bot images in Photoshop,
drag the sky to the main image,
align the sky image where ever you think will work best,
you can reduce the opacity of the sky if you think it will help you align easier,
add a layer mask.




Now, set the sky Layer to Darken Blending Mode,
you can try any of the Dark modes, depending on the image.




Mask out the area that is not supposed to be there.



And you are done !! in about 5 Min.
