I think you're being a little hard on yourself with this one jamey, as your B&W version works much better than your colour version as the red chairs do pull your eyes away from the sleeping guy.
CT has a point if you were just a few feet futher back it may of had more impact.
I think you've done well and top marks for getting out there and having a go.
