Both ok shots, the only question i would ask, is what were you aiming to capture ?
To me the car looks stationary ? like it has been parked while the picture was taken, theres a small amount of blur on the wheels, but otherwise no indication it was actually moving !!
Thats not to say its bad, just what i can see in the pic !
