Yes.. saturation somewhere between the two would work for me.

Those circular doughnut shaped oof highlights in the background are usually a dead give away that a cat (mirror) lens has been used, although the 'doughnuts' would tend to be even more pronounced. It's not unknown though for some none -mirror lenses to occasionally produce the effect under certain circumstances, the 100-400L being one.
