Colours look fine to me mate, but I too am colour blind, so trust my colour vision as much as you would a Hells Angel with your daughter
The levels / contrast and everthing look spot on to me. Nicely saturated colours too, the rich blue and the vivid green stand out and play together nicely. (How's that for an arty farty response
).
When I first saw it I instantly thought 'Ladybower' for some reason. It wasn't there was it?
