So ordered genuine epson inks, superb results.
Never again will i but compatible inks, just not worth the hassle of ruining prints, they may be cheaper, but more costly in the end, so wise to buy genuine inks in the first place .

Woody: So glad you figured it out. I couldn't agree with you more. Compatible ink is never a good way to go. I use an Epson XP-900 and always use genuine inks. People think they are being canny by buying compatibles - they're not.
