Quite good for a first go, however, the part you've cloned from appears to be slightly darker than it should be - I notice you've cloned from the bottom-left of the image and you've clearly got the same pattern repeated three times. You've got a range of shades of colour beneath the boat, so clone from there instead and you're more likely to get a better match. Also make sure you use a very soft brush when cloning, and set transparency to something between 25-40%. Go over it a couple of times if need be but the end result will blend in a lot better.
Something else to bear in mind - if there is a straight line going through the area your're cloning (such as the light patch just above the area you cloned), its imperative that you keep those lines absolutely straight, otherwise it draws attention to the cloned area.
Finally and on a similar note, the wake needs extending across the cloned area. The way you've done it, it stops abruptly and again, highlights the fact that something has been removed.
