'Fraid I don't know the name of the photographer but the magazine is "The Big Bore Rifle Association"..... based in RSA.
It's now 1900 hrs CAT. I'll wait until 2000 hrs and if I haven't been told (by a moderator) it's OK to leave the image posted, I'll remove it.
