Note how the extreme wide angle lens has caused the right vertical of the tower to converge towards the centre. To counteract this, when you select "crop" in PS, there is a box you can tick for "perspective" . In this example I clicked on top right of photo & dragged crop corner to the left. This crop will then attempt to straighten the line back to vertical
