I've just twigged whats wrong - there's too much black frame. Oh....and EXIF is the data embedded in the file that records your shooting settings like Aperture, Speed, White Balance, Flash, ISO etc. If you have a specific problem with a shot it helps others to help you if they know the basic settings.
Tried reframing with a sepia conversion. I gave it a bit of sharpening and it seemed to take it OK. By the way, there is what appears to be some dust on your sensor - top right quadrant.
