Personally I'd rather chew my arm off than give up the real estate.

However the 3 screens are less useful for photoshop as I only really use 2 of them. Other development tools I use like Dreamweaver, FlashMX and Delphi however could easily use another screen!


At the end of the day it's down to productivity. You can use PS on a single screen if you want. It just means you do a lot more zooming and scrolling coz your work area is smaller.


However if you've got a spare monitor just gathering dust I'd at least try it for a month or so.

The downsides are electricity usage and desk space.
