I think this would have benefitted from a lower shooting angle. The branches of the trees are very dominant in the picture, almost 'pushing' the fisherman down. Also, they are at a height where they are directly in front of the line of trees on the other side of the lake so there is a clash making that area all very busy. Dropping down would allow a greater expanse of water to complement the 'peaceful' aspect as per the title and would open the picture up a tad to let it 'breathe' so to speak. I don't think it would take anything away from the tranquility of the shot.

Sadly that is something you can't really change in PS so I haven't attempted to PIMP it, just something to consider next time.
