Being greedy and putting two shots up today. I think that is ok on this board, the one a day limit is on the Critique board.
Anyway, this was taken at the Burnham on Sea Carnival, the same one that does the rounds in Somerset including Glastonbury and Bridgewater but as my wife comes from burnham, we used to go nearly every year, see the folks and watch the carnival. It's a wonderful feast of lights as every float has a phenomenal number of bulbs, some have over 10,000 and the entire carnival takes a good two+ hours to pass one point. The entire town and neighbouring areas turn out to see it so it's a great atmosphere.
I added a faux zoom blend to give this a bit more impact and it was bought by Burnham and Highbridge District council to use in their tourist brochure the following year so I was delighted with that. Anyway, see what you think. Sorry the border has gone slightly funny, ignore that and just look at the bit inside the frame please :o)
