Just to add - Check out BENRO (not benbo)- they are a chinese copy of the manfrotto carbon fibre - I got a head from them (copy of a kirk) direct from a seller in china who accepted paypal and I couldn't tell the difference in quality or use.
I suspect they may even come from the same factory....
