One of the reasons maybe that it has 'Good Lines'!
The stream leads you up into the image and the bridge acts as a barrier that stops you from wandering too far from the intended focal point. The angles of the tree/trees work well to frame the bridge also. Also the trees are on nice angles. Not being to specific, but this is why you probably like it because the composition is great and it is easy to look at because the eye is told what to do.
It is a beautifully framed image, also nicely exposed!
