Hay Mark, are you planning to upgrade to the SD14 any time soon? I'd be interested to read a user's review of it. I am not in the market for one, Canon man that I am, but I am genuinely interested to know if this Foveon chip is any improvement on the previous one or whether it is much the same. Not saying the other was bad, the colours are superb on it without a doubt.

Also, do you think there is any reason why this series has never really caught the buyers imagination other than it not being a big camera brand name like the Canons and Nikons of this world? Interested to know but don't want to take over this thread of Jaime's so maybe on a different thread would be interested to hear your thoughts.
Cheers,
Rob
