Hey, David
One of the things that I am learning here is that the men and women here are very critical. That is why we are all here, and in this case, I think that they are right.
This image does not show Kat to her advantage.
She has a wonderful face, great eyes, and a models thin body.
One of the things that you might want to do is to ask her: "what are your strong points?"
She may come up with answers that lead you to other types of photos with her.
I personally would like to see her in mono, totally nude, in some very artistic poses, standing, sitting by a window, or with some great lighting and backdrop, with subtle shadows playing across her body, etc. Geometric poses, with arms and legs in different positions against a stark BG may be goo. Also some mono portraits with different emotions seem good for Kat. The possibilities are limitless. If she is willing to work with you, talk to her a lot before you shoot, get her ideas, be really creative.
I envy you the opportunity to really do some wonderful shots here.
Whenevery you do a shoot, you have to really "see" the model, and come up with poses that bring out her figure and personality. Yea, that is easy to say. So practice practice practice, man. And I guess you should look at thousands of artistic nude images to get ideas, if you haven't already!
Sorry for this pimp.....the call of the siren....couldn't resist. And as I look at it, this version magnified her skin, so when you set up a shoot, make sure that makeup and hair are good before the shoot.
Cheers
