Hi Jaro & welcome to Pixalo.

From your PM you stated you are waiting for your Nikon 18-200mm lens. If you are just wanting to shoot portrait work until your lens arrives, then the most incredible lens in terms of image quality is the Nikon 50mm f/1.8 . The reason I also advise this lens as stop gap, is its a lens you would want to keep anyway. Because it opens up to f/1.8 you can often shoot portraits indoors via window light with no flash required. If you look at my gallery you should find a few shots of my young daughter....all taken with this lens with no flash.
