I see 12x7[?] prints are offered but what size of files are you printing from?.Or ,put another way,what is the maximum size [and file type] you accept?.

The print machine is using 300 dpi

we do accept: jpeg, bmp
ICC profile: sRGB
There is no image size limit

the software only resize the images for the "right" size for printing, e.g. when you have a large image and order 6x4. It doesn't compress the images.

HMM opened up the software for this today and had an update message......... only problem it was in German.......... now as Alan speaks fluent german it wasnt a problem but it may be for some folks?
strange thing about it was that there was a message at the bottom in English...... NOT i must add a translation of the update message.
