Pixalo to close

I will be closing Pixalo later today so that we can install some software updates.

Hopefully the updates will go smoothly but since this is a fairly large update across several of our software packages I expect it to take some time (probably close to an hour).

As usual we will try to minimise the disruption and downtime but ask you to please be patient and understanding during this required update.

We will be closing the site to begin the updates at around half past the hour.

Just a final friendly heads up in case you are about to begin a long post

The core upgrades have now been completed however due to the complexity of some of the additional functions we have added I have yet to complete all the code changes.

I believe the site should be stable to use now and I will continue to update the rest of the code changes to restore all of our usual functionality. If during this time you find something is broken or does not work as you expect please bear with me until I make another post into here that I have completed all code changes.

After that I will welcome any reports of issues with open arms

One issue Steve, when I get email notifications about replies, they normally don't say who really replied, but the first person to reply to the thread instead, which can be quite disconcerting, dunno about dealing with that
