every so often im getting the " please wait for 10 seconds between searchs......... try again in another 150 seconds"......... message............. any ideas why? its the only problem im having with it now.

That is related to a forum time issue we are currently experiencing.
Last night we noticed that some of the posts where appearing as if posted in the future..for example I made a post at 9.30 and it showed as being made at 9.45 while the forum was still showing the correct time of 9.30. Although we have not got to the bottom of the issue yet it is causing problems with marking threads/post as read, finding new posts and the search function as these all use the time as a baseline. It is on our list of remaining issues and we are doing our best to resolve them...

Everything is working just great from here now
.silky: Wanted to use the OpenDNS', but my laptop has some small ...ehrm... issues with it's installation. Can't change IP, DNS, anything in the NetConnection. Think it's time for a fresh installation of XP  .
