I will be closing the forums in about 15 minutes time so that I can implement planned software upgrades. If all goes well they should be re-opened again within 30 minutes of them being closed, if not then you know I have messed something up and can rest assured in the knowledge that I will be panicking and running around stressed trying to fix things

Great Steve thanks, ok, well errr..... there's our cold tap, drips a lot and there's a broken shelf in the kitchen. The doorbell is broken and the garage door is coming off its hinge.....

Make a start on those for now and I'll find you more for when you're finished
