At Pixalo we are trying to find ways for members to be able show their recognition to other members. On this basis we introduced the Reputation System, which has been a great success. When we realised the function wasn't available to those leaving equipment reviews, we stepped in to to put a process in place to manually add the points to those deserved members who took time to write review.

Expanding on this theme, the crew discussed & finally agreed that the following scenarios also deserve Rep points :-

- Winner of Monthly Photo Comp - 10 points
- Fortnightly Assignment Highest Voted shot - 5 points

The FA points will be added moving forward. The Monthly Comp points have been back dated & will also apply moving forward.

We hope you agree this is another positive step to show recognition to our Members, whilst providing another incentive to join in these competitions
