I think the crews' avitar is enough, in my mind that sticks you out without the need for a special colour. Special colours are a rocky road to be travelling, soon Gary and Rob will want their own rep colours!

I think it does need to be a different colour for the mods - (1) it identifies Crew members to newcomers, + (2) it is handy for a quick glance to see which of the Crew are online (e.g. to send a PM with an urgent query etc.). The avatar doesn't appear in the Currently Active Users list

Bugger rep colours - I'm not in the running, so have no interest there

Tried the black and I'm not nearly miserable enough - or maybe it's really 'cos I find the contrast too great with the other tabs and the Maxthon shell

Not yet angry enough to use the red, but could be tempted to real soon!

The blue is pretty cool but is similar to the grey

I'll stick to grey for now!

I have to say that I have been using the black theme for the last two days and quite like the subtle shades contrasting really well with the almost neon colours. I expect to get bored with it soon though and then I will go back to the DG theme which really is the sensible choice for a photography site
