Angled viewfinders

Has anyone on here any experience of the cheap angle viewfinders you get on ebay? I need to get one but the Nikon version is a tad expensive.

Yup! Have purchased (from eBay), used, lost, repurchased and use again the Seagull Angle Finder (the newer 1-2x one) and find it excellent for my needs

Well, TBH, the 1st one I had started falling to pieces (eyecup kept coming off and the friction joint around which it revolves came loose) but then luckily(?!) I lost it and bought the newer one which is much better put together!

Both these taken with angle finder:
