Wow !!! I didnt realise what a world of difference that just changing a like for like focal range lense could make !!! I'm gobsmacked at the quality difference from not only the pictures but also the feel and focusing of the lense!

I'll post some pictures soon of the same subjects taken with the two lenses over the next few days once I've finished grinning like a cheshire cat and taking bucket loads of pictures.

It sure is a peach of a lens. It was the first lens that I bought as well when I got my 10D and it still gets used regularly and without hesitation even though it sits in my bag next to my Canon L lenses. For the money and quality it produces, I don't understand how everybody does not know about this lens.
